Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Governance Specialist to join our team at Cashpor Micro Credit. As a key member of our Compliance Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing information security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement information security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of the Information Security Management Program (ISMP).
• Review and manage information/cybersecurity incidents, assessments, and mitigation activities.
• Assess and improve the security awareness program across the company.
• Evaluate new developments or issues in cybersecurity and information security.
• Conduct testing of completed applications, websites, and software to assess user experience and security performance.
• Articulate and enforce the company's security policies, coordinating cybersecurity issues internally and externally.
• Participate as an invitee in the IT Strategy and IT Steering Committees.
• Manage and monitor the Security Operations Centre (SOC) and drive cybersecurity projects with the SVP-ICT/Head of IT Operations.
• Ensure compliance with RBI CERTIN DPDP guidelines and coordinate activities with the Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT).

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:
• Educational Qualification: BCA, MCA, or B. Tech (CS/IT) or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or risk management.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Expertise in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.
• Strong in policy development, incident management, and security assessments.
• Skilled in testing and security awareness.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership in managing SOC, CSIRT, and cybersecurity projects.
