Job Overview

The Compliance Technology Specialist will provide subject matter expertise to support the Americas technology team in ensuring compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements and guidance for business teams in areas of technology and operations intersection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight over Compliance (AML/Sanctions/E-Surveillance) applications/projects to ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements.
  • Act as Business lead in projects providing subject matter expertise and work with project/systems business analyst to ensure all Compliance requirements are captured/documented.
  • Manage issues and assist in performing scenario analysis and coordinate/lead test initiatives such as model validation.
  • Provide support during internal audits and regulatory exams.

Candidate Profile

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving skills, collaborative, analytical, written/verbal communication skills, and ability to work with moderate supervision.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of U.S. operations of foreign banking organizations.
  • 10-15 years overall experience.
  • 5-8 years of Technology experience with AML / Sanctions / E-surveillance systems.
  • 3-5 years of data analysis experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of databases.

Education & Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
