Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the structural engineering team.

The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, technical guidance, and performance reviews for the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Project Oversight & Delivery: Manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion, including scope definition, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Ensure timely delivery of engineering designs, plans, and documents that meet quality and cost requirements.

Structural Design & Analysis: Lead and review the development of structural design for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures, using software tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, and STAAD.Pro.

Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders on structural matters, preparing and presenting technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management and appointed consultants.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
