The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a pivotal role in the finance team, collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive business value through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust data models, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced analytics solutions.
- Communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders, leveraging visualizations and storytelling techniques.
- Identify areas for process improvement, working closely with operational teams to optimize business workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Detailed knowledge of SAP FICO components, including configuration and maintenance experience.
- Excellent analytical skills, with ability to identify trends and patterns in large datasets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL, programming languages (e.g., Python, R), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
