We're seeking an innovative and experienced CRM Manager to spearhead our sales, marketing, and customer success technology stack. This is a leadership role that requires a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
- CRM Ownership: Manage, customize, and optimize the CRM system to support business growth and improvement.
- Process Development: Create automations, workflows, and reports that drive efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system, maintaining a high level of data quality.
- Team Enablement: Train users, enforce best practices, and be the go-to expert for CRM-related questions and concerns.
- Insight Generation: Develop dashboards and reports that provide leadership visibility into pipeline performance, retention, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM administration/management, preferably with HubSpot.
- Proven expertise in sales and marketing processes within a SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data-driven decision making.
- Able to manage integrations, APIs, and third-party tools with ease.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to train and develop team members.
