Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Presence Manager to spearhead our company's online presence and drive our growth journey.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Design and execute innovative campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent writing and graphic design skills, able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals. Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  2. Content Creation & Editing: Create, edit, and publish engaging static posts, reels, and video content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). Ensure all content reflects the brand identity and storytelling.
  3. Copywriting & Communication: Write compelling ad copies, captions, and blog posts that educate, inform, and drive action. Adapt messaging for different audiences (investors, homebuyers, community members).
  4. Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. Track performance metrics and suggest optimizations.
  5. Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and online reviews to foster trust and credibility. Build and engage with a community of homebuyers and investors around projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate or consumer brands.
  • Strong content creation and editing skills (graphic design + video editing).
  • Excellent command of English writing for ads, captions, and blogs.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

Ideal Candidate
