Job Title: Demand Planning Lead

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory management, and seamless supply chain execution. As a key contributor to our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure demand plans align with our strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights.
  • Lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand.
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Utilize ERP and planning tools to create data-driven, actionable plans.
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning with agile forecasting.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with global teams and time zones.
