About the Role

A Financial Planner is much more than just crunching numbers. They listen, empathize, and guide clients through their entire journey toward financial wellness.

">

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in English and Hindi, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. A graduate with a strong understanding of financial planning concepts and relevant certifications such as CFP, CWM, or NISM XA+XB are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Drafting and reviewing financial/investment plans independently or under the guidance of the Chief Financial Planner.">
  • Helping clients implement plans and invest in mutual funds, insurance, bonds, and other recommended instruments.">
  • Managing investment/advisory software for efficient client service.">
  • Acting as a Relationship Manager, providing ongoing support in coordination with the Operations team.">
  • Assisting with SEBI compliance, audits, and client documentation.">
  • Maintaining professional, clear communication with clients and other stakeholders via email and phone.">
  • Staying informed on new investment products, market developments, and attending training/seminars.">
  • Joining prospect calls and helping close leads both online and offline.">

    • Qualifications: ">
      • ">
      • Minimum 2 years' experience serving clients in financial planning.">
      • Graduate with a strong understanding of financial planning concepts.">
      • CFP, CWM, or NISM XA+XB certification is a must.">
      • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.">
      • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets.">
      • Research-oriented with strong analytical aptitude.">
      • Should have a knowledge of investment products around.">
      • Must have exposure to Practical AI tools.">
      • Be flexible in approach, and look for easy and practical solutions to client problems.">
