Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate market offerings and determine the most suitable products/services for banking needs, considering industry trends and pricing.

Objective:

  • Ensure effective Warehousing & Inventory Control Management across all banking products/devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to procure and manage inventory in line with user requirements.
  • Support contract execution from a Supply Chain Management perspective, engaging with User and Legal functions as needed.
  • Coordinate inventory management, including planning, ordering, and tracking, to ensure sufficient stock levels for each product.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing contracts related to banking products, warehousing, and inventory control, maintaining accurate trackers and repositories.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiations with partners and agencies, ensuring timely agreement renewals.
  • Manage import shipments end-to-end, coordinating with foreign partners, freight forwarders, customs officials, and other relevant parties.
  • Engage with user functions to understand their needs and resolve pain points related to purchasing, warehousing, and imports.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely vendor PO issuance and payment.
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors to secure on-time deliveries and collect daily inventory reports.
  • Prepare and publish daily inventory reports for all products, analyzing data to support monthly procurement report creation.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and new products, leveraging this knowledge to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Nurture strong partnerships with vendors to guarantee competitive pricing and timely service delivery.

Requirements:

  • At least 10-12 years of experience in Sourcing, Import, and Warehousing & Inventory Control Management.
  • Proven knowledge of procurement practices and governance principles.
  • Able to analyze procurement data and apply insights to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent qualifications.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload effectively in a dynamic environment.
