Chief Financial Risk Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough due diligence for large corporate customers (listed and unlisted companies)
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, review business models, and assess management risks
- Develop and analyze cash flow based excel models, with a focus on cash flows and working capital
- Review annual reports, borrower and promoter backgrounds, and term sheets/sanction letters to suggest terms
- Guide the team in credit note analysis, decision-making, and interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Review internal customer ratings, assign ratings, and identify early warning triggers
- Prepare recommendation notes and propose solutions to top management
- Participate in management-level meetings and discussions, staying up-to-date with industry dynamics and regulatory changes
- CA or MBA degree from a reputable institution
- Minimum 6 years of experience in credit evaluation in a bank (not NBFC)
- Credit evaluation experience in any bank
- Strong technical competencies in financial analysis and market knowledge of the industry segment
