About The Client:

The client is a Gen-Z-focused digital entertainment company creating culturally relevant content across OTT platforms and YouTube channels.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive long-term partnerships for all stakeholders through escalation management and relationship building.
  • Translate client briefs into innovative and compelling branded content solutions in collaboration with other teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management to ensure value delivery and customer retention through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry analytics and trends to understand the digital ecosystem.
  • Maximise revenue potential with clients/agencies, leveraging relationships to secure market intelligence for curated experiential or activations for brands.

Requirements:

  • MBA with 8+ years of experience in media agency / consumer internet industry
