  • Develop and execute growth strategies in alignment with product and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate across teams, including product and revenue operations leaders.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and create a supportive environment for organizational goals.
  • Create and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Use data and analytics for decision-making and measuring marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in a similar role with a solid track record of scaling up from scratch.
  • Strong experience in growth hacking, product marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing.
  • Good knowledge of campaign management tools and web analytics tools.
  • Highly goal-driven and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
