Senior Business Insights Professional

A driven analytical professional with 4-7 years of experience in extracting, processing, and interpreting complex data from diverse sources. Proficient in SQL, Python, R, and Tableau to analyze large datasets, design predictive models, and deploy analytical solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Extraction and Analysis: Identify, extract, and process structured & unstructured data from various sources; automate data collection, preprocessing, and cleaning processes for accuracy and consistency.
  • Predictive Modeling and Analytics: Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable business insights; design and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses.
  • Database Development and Optimization: Develop and optimize databases, data pipelines, and analytics strategies for efficiency and scalability.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Senior Business Analyst (4–7+ years preferred).
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Python, R (knowledge of Java/Scala/C++ is a plus).
  • Proficiency in data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
  • Familiarity with big data frameworks and ETL processes.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics, mathematics, and operations research.
  • Skilled in data modeling, database design, and segmentation techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving aptitude and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
