Job Title: Commercial Growth Associate

 

About the Role: This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with hotels in the Delhi region. The associate will play a crucial role in negotiating contracts, conducting market analysis, and engaging with hotel partners to ensure optimal pricing and service standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Acquisition: Identify and engage potential hotel partners to expand our network in the region.
  2. Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with both new and existing hotel partners to secure advantageous agreements.
  3. Performance Enhancement: Monitor and enhance partner performance through regular analysis and strategic advice.
  4. Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor strategies to inform and adjust our approach.
  5. Stakeholder Communication: Ensure effective communication with internal teams and external partners to align strategies and expectations.
  6. Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to hotel partners to ensure they are proficient in using our platform and tools.
  7. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of partner compliance with our service quality and guest experience expectations.
  8. Relationship Building: Conduct regular visits to partner hotels to strengthen relationships and gather insights.
  9. Revenue Growth Strategies: Develop and implement strategies aimed at maximizing revenue for both the partners and us.

 

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A masters degree in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Professional Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in hotel contracting, business development, or B2B sales in the travel and hospitality industry.
  • Industry Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the hotel and travel industry, particularly in the Delhi market.
  • Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills with a successful track record in deal-making.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability in data analysis and decision-making based on market insights.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills for effective partnership management.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick and effective problem-solving with innovative solutions.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM systems to manage data and relationships efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate within a team to meet collective goals.
