  • As a Product Operations Director, you will be responsible for building an effective Product Management organization by partnering with product leadership.
  • You will define, deliver, operate, and evolve the product team's operational practices - including strategic planning, budgeting, execution, and product delivery practices.
  • Ensuring that product development teams are well-positioned to achieve their planned objectives and long-term strategic goals is key in this role.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in how product companies run, data-driven decision-making, and efficient process creation.

Coordination with Operational leaders and company leadership (Customer Innovation, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, Growth Strategy, Sales enablement) is essential to ensure a tight product feedback loop and smooth feature launches.

  • Strategic Planning: Align product goals with overall business objectives, ensuring the product roadmap is up-to-date and aligned with market needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Conduct daily stand-ups with the product management and engineering teams to review progress, address roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Cross-Functional Meetings: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to discuss product launches, go-to-market strategies, and customer adoption plans.
  • Process Optimization: Review and optimize product development processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and ensure high-quality product releases.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA with 7+ years of experience in R&D operations roles within B2B settings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to lead strategic planning and execution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence without direct authority.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with product development lifecycle and advanced skills in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Interpersonal skills with a self-starter attitude and ability to drive initiatives independently.
