Project Manager Role

You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and our organization, ensuring project goals are achieved.

Duties encompass:

  • Implementing a project management framework for corporate interior fit-out projects.
  • Managing multiple projects from design to construction stage.
  • Coordinating with MEP services and overseeing project execution.
  • Maintaining client satisfaction and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 4+ years of experience in building construction industry.
  • Relevant experience in managing corporate interior fit-out projects.
  • Degree in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors.
  • Experience in team management and client-facing interactions.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in adopting digital initiatives.
