About This Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and assess potential students interested in studying abroad. Leads from various sources will be evaluated to determine their eligibility and potential for study abroad programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating inbound leads to assess their suitability for study abroad programs.
  • Engaging with prospective students through calls, emails, and messages to understand their interests, academic backgrounds, financial readiness, and study abroad goals.
  • Identifying high-potential leads and categorizing them based on their qualifications to ensure that only suitable prospects move forward.
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate lead information and follow-up status for better tracking and conversion.
  • Nurturing unqualified or undecided leads by providing relevant information and resources to keep them engaged for future opportunities.
  • Collaborating with counselors and business development teams to align lead qualification processes with overall enrollment strategies.
