Job Opportunity: Part-Time Counsellor

Location: Gejha Village, Noida, Sector 93 A

Position: Counsellor

Reports To: Program Manager

Job Description

A dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Counsellor is required to provide emotional and psychological support to girls from underprivileged communities in Noida. The Counsellor will work offline to foster a safe and nurturing environment, helping these girls overcome barriers, build resilience, and achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality. Strong organisational and time-management skills are essential, as well as proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving.

The Counsellor will conduct group counselling sessions to address emotional, behavioural, and social issues, and provide workshops/activities on all 5 aspects of Social-Emotional Learning.
