Lead Creative Visionary

The successful candidate will spearhead the creative direction of our AI Studio, merging traditional design principles with cutting-edge AI tools to deliver impactful campaigns and experiences across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities include defining the creative vision, driving innovation in design and storytelling, and developing scalable frameworks for AI-based content creation. Additionally, the Lead Creative Visionary will oversee the production of high-quality digital content and guide the team in leveraging AI tools to accelerate creativity without compromising originality.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI design tools and trends, as well as excellent leadership and mentorship skills. A multidisciplinary creative team will be built and mentored, consisting of designers, copywriters, AI specialists, and animators.

Creative Leadership & Strategy:
  • Define the Creative Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling creative direction that aligns with business goals and brand identity.
  • Drive Innovation: Integrate AI tools into creative workflows to drive design and storytelling excellence.
  • Develop Scalable Frameworks: Create and implement efficient processes for AI-based content creation.
Project Execution & Oversight:
  • End-to-End Creative Process: Lead the ideation, execution, and delivery of high-quality digital content and immersive experiences.
  • Production Oversight: Ensure seamless collaboration between teams to produce engaging and effective content.
AI & Technology Integration:
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously monitor and adopt the latest AI design tools and technologies.
  • AI Adoption: Guide the team in effectively using AI tools to enhance creativity and productivity.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Multidisciplinary Team Building: Assemble and develop a talented team of creatives, including designers, copywriters, AI specialists, and animators.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to help team members grow professionally and personally.
