Job Title: Polarion Solutions DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced Polarion solutions developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Polarion ALM solutions tailored to business needs.Key Responsibilities :
  • Design and implement Polarion workflows, dashboards, user interfaces, and templates to meet business requirements.
  • Integrate Polarion with other enterprise tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Git, DOORS, PLM systems to streamline engineering processes.
  • Develop and maintain custom extensions, scripts, and APIs for enhanced functionality.
  • Provide technical documentation, user training, and ongoing support to internal teams.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Polarion ALM development and administration.
  • Strong experience in XML, JavaScript, Velocity templates, and Polarion APIs.
  • Experience integrating Polarion with tools like Jira, Git, or CI/CD systems.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ALM/PLM processes.
  • Familiarity with test management, requirements traceability, and change control workflows.
Nice to Have :
  • Experience in regulated industries such as automotive, aerospace, or medical devices.
  • Knowledge of ISO 26262, ASPICE, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, or other compliance standards.
