About the Job

This exciting opportunity is part of a larger initiative to enhance HR IT capabilities within a global organization. As a consultant, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design and implement technical solutions, and provide training and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors EC projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Create and maintain project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Evaluate and recommend optimal technical solutions based on best practices and system architecture.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement integrations with local systems (e.g., payroll, time management).
  • Conduct testing, issue resolution, and release management.
  • Develop and maintain reports (Story Reports, Embedded SAC).
  • Support technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Several years of experience in managing HR IT projects, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Experience with international rollouts, preferably in Europe.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Intercultural competence and experience working in multinational project teams.
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
