Job Description

This role involves managing end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories such as IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, and marketing.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value, leading RFPs and supplier selection processes, negotiating contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with vendors.

The ideal candidate will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.

They will also monitor supplier performance, resolve issues related to quality, service, or delivery, identify opportunities to optimize the supplier base, and reduce procurement risk.

Collaboration with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms is essential.

For this role, we are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager who can analyze data, develop and implement effective procurement strategies, manage contract lifecycles, and ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
