Job Title: Textile Production Manager

We are seeking a skilled Textile Production Manager to lead our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from sourcing materials to delivering high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Materials: Identify and select reliable vendors to source high-quality materials at competitive prices.
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement effective production plans to meet customer demands and deadlines.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Timely Delivery: Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in textile production management;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
