We are seeking an experienced Tech Hiring Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our tech hiring efforts and helping us bring in top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding skilled software engineers, fresh computer science graduates, and interns.

You will develop and implement effective hiring strategies to identify and attract talented individuals, build partnerships with universities to hire fresh graduates and interns, and support HR operations by ensuring policies, compliance, and employee engagement.

In this role, you will work closely with leadership to align hiring goals with business objectives and handle compensation discussions effectively.

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

  • A strong understanding of the tech industry and recruitment best practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation skills with proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations and advanced Excel reports
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
  • Ability to work independently and manage hiring pipelines efficiently
