Job Description:
The role of Technical Program Manager is available at myGwork, an inclusive employer. This position is for a passionate and results-oriented individual to drive software architectures in India and Emerging Stores.

About the Role:
This job involves defining, planning, and delivering technical programs that span multiple engineering teams and organisational boundaries. The successful candidate will have experience working in a high-paced environment, be comfortable with ambiguity, and have a strong bias for action. They must be able to plan and deliver complex programs with multi-year roadmaps and handle communication from technical developers to senior VPs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engineering Execution: Drive timely execution based on customer impact and business opportunity.
  • Priority Management: Manage diverse requests and dependencies from multiple teams.
  • Process Improvements: Define, implement, and continuously improve delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interface with and influence stakeholders, balancing business needs vs. technical constraints and driving clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor metrics and program health, anticipate and clear blockers, manage escalations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 7+ years of direct engineering team experience.
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of technical program management experience directly with software engineering teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management experience.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is between $150,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location.
