About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Associate to join our team.

The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, managing contract renewals, amendments and terminations. Additionally, the role involves drafting internal company policies, employee handbooks and compliance protocols in alignment with current laws and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
  • Corporate & Internal Policies
  • Drafting and revising internal company policies, employee handbooks and compliance protocols.
  • Legal Research & Advisory
  • Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis on corporate, commercial and technology law issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act and data protection laws.
  • Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions and startup ecosystem legalities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: LLB from a recognized university (mandatory).
  • Experience: Min. 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant legal role.
