Legal Counsel for Cross-Border Fintech

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to join our cross-border fintech organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of global finance.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide legal guidance on commercial agreements, including SaaS & IT Services Agreements, Collaboration & Staffing Agreements, NDAs, and Marketing Contracts.

You will advise on cross-border legal and regulatory matters, including data protection, FEMA guidelines, RBI regulations, and sectoral laws.

In addition, you will provide legal guidance in contract disputes, dispute resolution, and potential litigation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
  • 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in a related field.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors is desirable.
  • Prior in-house legal counsel or top-tier law firm experience is preferred.
