Job Description

We are seeking an experienced administrator to manage and customize our Loan Origination System (LOS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth system operations, user support, and compliance alignment.

The Encompass Administrator will be responsible for configuration and customization of the LOS, including user roles, security, and access controls. They will also partner with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and compliance teams to enhance system functionality.

  • Manage and maintain input forms, business rules, field triggers, persona workflows, and reports.
  • Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
  • Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations. Familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is a plus. ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configuration & Customization: Serve as the primary administrator for the Encompass LOS, including configuration of user roles, security, and access controls.
  • System Maintenance & Upgrades: Maintain and test system updates, releases, and new features from ICE Mortgage Technology.
  • Integration Management: Support and manage integrations with third-party systems (loan servicing, document management, core banking).
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure Encompass aligns with banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal security policies.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of Encompass Administrator experience (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of Encompass workflows, configuration, and customizations.

Familiarity with compliance requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA) is a plus.

ICE Mortgage Technology certifications are highly preferred.
