Job Summary

We seek skilled engineers to support the deployment, monitoring, and compliance of our enterprise-wide patch management solution.

The role involves managing the lifecycle of patches, distributing them remotely, tracking assets, and generating reports across endpoints and servers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the patch lifecycle: Acquire patches from vendors, test them in UAT environments, deploy them across platforms, schedule rollouts, and monitor patch status.
  • Asset and inventory management: Discover hardware and software assets, maintain asset allocation records, and generate reports on asset usage and compliance.
  • Compliance and reporting: Generate daily/weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports, create dashboards for patch compliance and vulnerability status, and support regulatory reporting.
  • Integration and support: Integrate patch management with SIEM, ITSM, LDAP, PIM/PAM, provide secure remote access, and coordinate with vendor support for issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in patch management in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO27001, CERT-In, IRDAI).

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in patching tools.
  • Familiarity with tools like BigFix, ManageEngine, and SCCM.
  • Knowledge of asset management and software compliance.
