Job Title:
Robotics Software Expert

Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing cutting-edge AI and robotics solutions. Your expertise in reinforcement learning, deep learning, and trajectory optimization will be instrumental in designing and implementing advanced robotic systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement novel RL policies for robotic manipulation in dynamic settings.
  2. Develop self-learning and policy optimization techniques to enhance decision-making capabilities.
  3. Train IK models for real-time, adaptive motion control.

Deep Learning for Motor Control & Dexterity
  1. Build neural network-based control models for grip compliance, force adaptation, and fluid motion.
  2. Utilize transformer models for intelligent motion sequencing.
  3. Develop Sim2Real pipelines to transfer trained models to physical robots.

Motion Planning & Collision Avoidance
  1. Implement and refine trajectory planning using RRT, PRM, Hybrid-A*, TEB*.
  2. Integrate motion control policies with ROS2 MoveIt and Orocos.
  3. Enable grasping strategies that adapt to force and handle unstructured environments.

Sensor Fusion & Environment Mapping
  1. Construct systems combining data from LiDAR, depth cameras, IMU, and force sensors.
  2. Employ Neural SLAM techniques for accurate mapping and object manipulation.
  3. Explore Vision-Language Models (VLMs) to support semantic understanding in robotic tasks.

Testing, Simulation & Deployment
  1. Benchmark model performance against real-world scenarios.
  2. Troubleshoot and refine control pipelines for reliability.
  3. Develop frameworks for Sim2Real validation and deployment.

Documentation & Research
  1. Maintain clear and detailed documentation of models, training processes, and system design.
  2. Stay updated on research in AI, robotics manipulation, and autonomous control systems.
