The role of Account Delivery Head is responsible for overseeing the overall performance and governance of Statements of Work (SOWs).

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations in accordance with requirements and SLAs set out in the SOW, identifying and resolving service delivery issues, and transitioning management during setup or expansion phases.

The successful candidate will establish the necessary infrastructure to perform services, including technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources.

Strong people and process management skills are required, as well as the ability to drive operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity gains.

Flagging and escalating business risks timely to clients is also a critical aspect of this role.

Beyond operational management, the Account Delivery Head will oversee the overall sales strategy of the business, ensuring seamless process management with clients.

Critical Skills Required

18 years of experience in contact center operations

Strong B2C/B2B sales experience

Digital marketing ads sales experience

Dynamic leader with experience and passion for managing large and diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Very strong level of English, both written and verbal

University Graduate or above

8 years of people management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members and at least 2 years handling sales
