Job Description

This Customer Support role at Bhanzu involves being the face of our support team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat
  • Proactive outbound calling to build rapport with customers
  • Identifying customers' needs and requirements, and proposing suitable solutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers
  • Staying up-to-date with company products and services
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field
  • Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and ticketing systems
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to multi-task and remain patient when handling tough cases
