The role involves running end-to-end initiatives, analyzing findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations, and supporting pre-sales activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Running end-to-end initiatives (Business understanding, Data understanding/preparation, Modeling, Evaluation and Deployment)
  • Analyzing and interpreting the findings
  • Drawing conclusions and recommendations- including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processes
  • Supporting Pre-sales activities and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and theory
  • Experience with Machine Learning (ML), especially in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models
  • Business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing and model deployment
  • Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL and vector database
  • Languages like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, GenAI APIs i.e. OpenAI/Gemini

Nice to Have:

  • Big data and distributed environments experience would be a plus
  • Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in Generative AI, NLP or Computer Vision would be beneficial

General Skills:

  • Good computer programming skills and object-oriented programming concepts familiarity
  • Azure cloud resources expertise
  • Hands-on Docker containerization experience
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to customer problems
  • Leadership skills to lead small technical teams on projects
