About the Role

">

Are you driven by the idea of creating meaningful change for rural women through corporate social responsibility initiatives? We're seeking a purpose-led intern to support our CSR proposal development and strategic outreach. This role offers a front-row seat to designing and scaling programs that uplift women in underserved communities—through livelihood training, education, and access to resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and draft proposals that align corporate CSR goals with rural women-centric programs (e.g., skilling, entrepreneurship, health, education).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect community needs and organizational values.

Outreach to CSR Funders & Partners

">
  • Identify companies with active CSR mandates in gender equity, rural development, or livelihood generation.
  • Present tailored proposals and maintain follow-ups to build long-term partnerships.

Liaison with NGOs & CSR Teams

  • Engage with NGOs working in rural women empowerment to understand their models and impact metrics.
  • Customize documentation to reflect shared goals and co-create scalable interventions.
