Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
  1. Formulate and execute the centre's long-term vision and strategy.
  2. Develop programs and initiatives aligned with the centre's mandate.
Education and Research Program Management:
  1. Support research projects, working papers, and publications in financial markets.
  2. Support faculty-led research and student engagement.
  3. Organize training programs, workshops, seminars, conferences, and certificate courses.
Industry and Stakeholder Engagement:
  1. Build partnerships with financial institutions, statutory bodies, and regulatory institutions.
  2. Organize industry events and talks/lectures by experts.
Operational Oversight:
  1. Manage the centre's day-to-day administration.
  2. Supervise support staff, interns, and research associates.
Communication and Outreach:
  1. Oversee the centre's visibility and online presence.
  2. Represent the centre at conferences and industry meetings.

Desired Profile

  • Masters or Ph.D. degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline.
  • At least 15 years of experience in relevant organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage academic and research programs.
  • Understanding of financial markets and fintech is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
