We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Design Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior professionals to develop and integrate processes and procedures.
  • Deliver high-quality designs for multiple projects or parts of larger projects.
  • Work closely with clients and design teams to produce innovative solutions.
  • Implement Quality Management and Continuous Improvement Programs.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently on projects and handle complex tasks.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo, and 3D Structure Modelling Software.
  • Experience with Precast Technology and hands-on experience in designing Precast Buildings.
