Job Title: Synthesis and Timing Optimization Specialist
Are you passionate about leading edge technologies? Do you have a strong background in ASIC design timing closure? We are looking for an experienced Synthesis and Timing Optimization Specialist to join our development team.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with expertise in STA tools (Tempus and Primetime) and methodologies for timing closure. You will be responsible for providing integrated solutions into a growth industry, working on advanced mixed signal chips for high-profile Silicon Valley startups.
The position requires thorough knowledge of the ASIC design timing closure flow and methodology. A successful candidate will have a good understanding of OCV, noise and crosstalk effects on timing, as well as experience with all aspects of timing closure of high-performance, mixed-signal SoCs in advanced finFET technology nodes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full chip and block level timing closure ownership throughout the entire project cycle (RTL, synthesis, and physical implementation).
- Develop and maintain methodology and flows related to timing verification and closure.
- Generation of block and full chip timing constraints.
- Analyze timing reports and utilize scripting techniques to develop insights and drive rapid timing closure.
