Strategic Capacity Development Consultant

The primary objective of this role is to establish a Project Implementation Unit (PIU) that will enhance access to government e-services for businesses and beneficiaries over a period of 5 years. The PIU's key function is to improve access to these services for the target audience.

As a Strategic Capacity Development Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating, organizing, conducting, and monitoring training programs for officials, Aaple Sarkar Service Centre Operators (VLEs), as well as master trainers through YASHADA and other designated trainers.
  • Ensuring effective coordination and follow-up with various government departments, training agencies, and master trainers to provide comprehensive training.
  • Overseeing and updating e-training modules for diverse stakeholders.
  • Coordinating training activities for the Upgraded RTS portal and ensuring periodic updates with the e-training system integrator.
  • Developing training and workshop plans, and conducting training sessions for government officials and staff across divisions and districts, in accordance with the requirements under the MahaSTRIDE Operation and directives from the Maharashtra State Commission for Right To Service.
  • Creating, updating, and monitoring e-training modules for various stakeholders.
