Technical Design Manager

This role oversees the technical design process for garment development, ensuring products meet quality and aesthetic standards. Key responsibilities include liaison work with factories, sample review, and project management.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in garment development, preferably with a focus on woven and knit tops, dresses, and outerwear.• In-depth knowledge of fit, pattern making, grading, construction, costing, and fabrics.• Strong communication skills, with the ability to command a room and lead projects.• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Adobe Illustrator, MS Office Suite, and 2D/3D pattern making systems.• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a passion for improving processes and efficiency.
