Job Requirements
  • Manage indirect procurement categories including IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, marketing, and more.
  • Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to deliver cost savings.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Priorities: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations; optimize the supplier base; manage procurement activities; develop strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

About This Role: In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our procurement strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Procurement Process Management: Oversee all aspects of procurement, from requisitioning to vendor selection and contract negotiation.
  2. Sourcing Strategy Development: Create and execute strategies to identify and engage qualified suppliers.
  3. Contract Management: Negotiate and administer contracts to meet business needs.
  4. Supplier Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality, service, and delivery.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Talent Development: Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
