About the Role

This is a high-profile position that requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The successful candidate's duties will include:

  • Providing students with comprehensive guidance throughout the entire application process, including filling out application forms accurately and on time.
  • Assisting students in compiling all required documents, such as academic transcripts, letters of recommendation (LORs), statements of purpose (SOPs), and resumes.
  • Submitting applications to the chosen universities and following up with the institutions to ensure the process runs smoothly.
  • Offering expert advice on the visa application process, including required documents, interview preparation, and staying updated on the latest visa regulations.

Critical Communication and Administrative Tasks

The selected individual will act as a bridge between the student and the educational institution. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with university admissions offices on behalf of the students to clarify doubts, track application status, and resolve any issues.
