Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Leader to spearhead our engineering efforts and drive the development of high-scale messaging platforms. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company and own key architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and scale messaging platforms to meet the needs of thousands of businesses daily.
  • Lead a team of engineers in developing and implementing API-heavy systems, ensuring high-performance, security, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, new features, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in backend/API-heavy systems, with a strong focus on technical leadership.
  • Proven expertise in PHP/MySQL, with exposure to Node.js/Go/Python and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with high-scale messaging, API security, queues, and load balancing.
  • Prior startup/leadership experience is highly desirable.
