Job Description

Our company seeks a skilled Analog Test engineer to develop innovative solutions for high-voltage and precision device testing on Eagle testers.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, as well as analog test techniques. They should be familiar with ATE testing, hardware designing and layout, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design specifications
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, create test and characterization programs, and design ATE hardware interface boards
  • Debug and characterize silicon on ATE, correlating results with bench data
  • Analyze silicon results, supporting failure analysis tasks
  • Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout, debug, and fix yield issues; optimize test time
  • Work closely with production teams to release products to volume production
  • Define and implement test strategies for high-voltage and high-precision devices
  • Qualify silicon, including qual hardware development
  • Comprehensively debug devices, validate designs, and analyze failures
  • Drive robust and cost-effective test solutions while ensuring product quality
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
  • Experience with ATE testing on Teradyne Eagle or equivalent analog ATE (iFlex, LTX, VLCT); Eagle experience is preferred
  • Characterization test program and hardware development experience, production test program and hardware development experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, as well as analog test techniques
  • Data analysis skills using Spotfire, DataPower, or an equivalent tool based on STDF
  • Experience with various lab equipment, such as scopes, power supplies, source meters, loads, etc.
  • Experience with product engineering activities, including yield improvement and test time reduction
  • Strong understanding of the IC product development process, from concept to volume production
