About this role:

We're looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for creating visually engaging assets that shape how the brand is perceived by customers and employees.

You will design social media creatives, digital ad campaigns, offline collateral, seasonal campaign concepts, internal posters, newsletters, wallpapers, org charts, culture-promoting assets, and visuals for team announcements, training modules, and recognition campaigns.

Collaborate with content and video teams to develop strong storytelling-driven visual assets and work closely with HR and department heads to visually communicate policies, updates, and initiatives.

Assist in designing presentations and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design static and dynamic social media creatives (static, carousels, reels thumbnails, stories) for various verticals.
  • Create visuals for digital campaigns (Google, Meta, WhatsApp).
  • Design offline materials such as standees, flyers, hoardings, showroom branding, event materials, and vehicle wraps.
  • Contribute to seasonal campaign ideas (festivals, new launches, offers).
  • Work with the content and video teams to develop compelling storytelling-driven visual assets.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to effectively communicate policies, updates, and initiatives through visual means.
  • Assist in developing presentations and pitch decks for both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Bonus: Premiere Pro / After Effects.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar for fast iterations.
  • Strong foundation in color theory, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Good understanding of formats for both digital (RGB, social ratios) and print (CMYK, bleed, resolution).
  • Awareness of Generative AI (GenAI) tools and workflows is a plus.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different brands.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a structured marketing environment.
  • Organized, deadline-oriented, and able to juggle multiple brand guidelines.
  • A portfolio that showcases versatility, detail orientation, and creative thinking.
  • Interest in marketing or retail is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, openness to feedback, and eagerness to grow.
