Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Systems Analyst to join our team at People First Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of PLM systems, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain PLM systems to meet business requirements
  • Conduct meetings with users to determine process requirements and support ongoing business needs
  • Analyze, evaluate, and modify existing or proposed systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Apply technical knowledge to all phases of systems analysis, considering business implications
  • Develop detailed system design documents to support system requirements and comply with Teleflex standards
  • Conduct functional and/or technical reviews and walkthroughs of IT design documentation
  • Act as expert support on business processes in respective areas of responsibility
  • Evaluate, develop, test, and implement system changes according to Teleflex validation procedures
  • Deliver high-quality service and solutions that meet business requirements and ensure goals are accomplished
  • Track, monitor, review, and report project progress as needed
  • Recognize, analyze, and solve system or application problems as they are encountered
  • Participate in projects and rollouts of the application, either as project lead or part-time contributor
  • Share ideas, information, knowledge, and data proactively to accomplish collaboration for the success of the team, project, or task

Requirements

  • BA/BS in a technical field, such as Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering
  • Demonstrated superuser experience with a PLM system may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of system configuration or superuser experience, with Agile PLM preferred
  • Experience in an FDA-regulated environment is preferred
  • Participation in an Oracle Agile PLM implementation is an advantage

Specialized Skills

  • Knowledge and experience in PLM configuration and administration tasks, such as privileges, roles, groups, classes, workflows, events, subscribers, etc.
  • Strong background in troubleshooting application errors and performance-related issues
  • Excellent communication, oral, and written, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to think strategically and be creative in task completion
  • Demonstrated ability to make recommendations and take actions based on understanding and judgment of all factors involved
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple concurrent tasks and responsibilities while dealing with changing priorities
  • Ability to inspire confidence among senior leaders and provide valued communication guidance and coaching to others
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment
