Automation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, build, and deploy end-to-end automation systems that streamline back-office operations. This role focuses on integrating various tools into seamless workflows.

The ideal candidate will have experience with no-code automation platforms, strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows, and familiarity with Google Workspace automation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement document automations that meet compliance standards.
  • Build Slack command workflows for one-click actions.
  • Configure and optimize Pipedrive CRM (fields, automations, deal stages).
  • Automate document generation and email processes.
  • Integrate DocuSign for e-signature workflows.
  • Automate onboarding workflows for Property Management tools.
  • Route leads from funnels and classify them via AI.
  • Build compliance workflows, including intake checklists and reminders.
  • Develop dashboards & reporting for KPIs and pipeline tracking.
  • Ensure all workflows follow security, compliance, and reliability standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience with no-code automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows.
  • Experience with CRM automation.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace automation.
  • Knowledge of DocuSign API/integration.
  • Ability to integrate with Property Management tools.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows.
  • Ops/Systems mindset and strong communication skills.
