Job Title: Software Development Quality Assurance Specialist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team as a Software Development Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Automation Testing: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining automated tests using protractor/Selenium tools to ensure the highest level of quality in our software applications.
  2. Test Automation Expertise: You should have excellent expertise in Selenium webdriver and NGWebDriver, with a strong understanding of how to use these tools to automate testing.
  3. Regression and Functional Testing: You will be responsible for performing regression testing and functional testing to ensure that our software applications meet the required standards.
  4. API Automation Testing: You will use the Rest assured framework to perform API automation testing.

 

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • Testing Experience: You should have at least 3-7 years of experience in testing web application technologies with Spring Boot and frontend technologies Node JS/ Angular.
  • Development Knowledge: You should have knowledge in development with BDD framework, test automation of web applications using Selenium WebDriver, and test automation using Cucumber.
  • Cloud Platforms: You should have knowledge in development with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Databases: You should have knowledge in development with structured databases such as SQL, MySQL, etc.
  • Communication Skills: You must be able to demonstrate innovation in problem solving, have clear communication with team members and product owners, and follow agile methodologies and practices.
