Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of testers to ensure timely and efficient testing of software applications
  • Develop and execute test plans to identify and report defects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing into the development process
  • Provide technical guidance and support to testers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
  • Hands-on experience in manual API testing
  • Experience in automation testing using Selenium or similar frameworks
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
