  • This role involves implementing and fine-tuning models to improve response relevance and contextual accuracy, leveraging frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers and OpenAI API.
  • The successful candidate will also develop pipelines for data retrieval, indexing, and augmentation to enhance knowledge grounding, utilizing vector databases such as FAISS and Pinecone.
  • In addition, they will integrate AI models with enterprise applications and APIs, ensuring seamless collaboration and scalability.
  • Optimizing model inference for performance and ethics is also a key responsibility, addressing bias, explainability, and data security.
  • A strong understanding of the latest advancements in generative AI, deep learning, and RAG techniques is essential to drive innovation and excellence in this role.

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in software development and AI engineering is required.
  • Strong expertise in LLMs, RAG, and vector search methodologies is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, etc.) is required.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps workflows is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable AI deployments is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with strong communication and teamwork abilities, are essential.
