Key Responsibilities

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, deployment, and governance of AI solutions.

This role emphasizes hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and operational enablement to drive adoption of AI technologies across the organization.

  • Strategic Execution, Governance Support, Stakeholder Engagement
  • Assist in implementing the strategic roadmap for AI initiatives.
  • Support the establishment and enforcement of governance frameworks and compliance policies.
  • Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and promote AI capabilities.
  • Facilitate coordination and communication across departments to ensure alignment and transparency.
Requirements

Qualifications and education requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience applying AI technologies in enterprise solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in AI, or Data Science are advantageous.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
